Coach Eddie has been training professional fighters for over 16 years all over the world. He helped allot of Boxers and Kick boxers improve their hand skills,  among that list are fighters "Sugar Foot" Peter Cunningham, Kathy Long, Fernando Zuniga, Sven Paris, Samuel Lopez, Juan Carlos Gomez, Bridgett Riley and many more...

Eddie teaches adult group boxing classes, kid's classes and one of one by appointments only. Please give us a call for his availability.

Trever Sherman

MMA Trainer

Trever has been training and teaching the martial arts professionally for over twenty years, focusing on MMA for the last eight years. Trever has amateur and professional fighting experience as well as refereeing professional fights in multiple states. 

He combines his experience and knowledge to provide the students at M-1 with high energy, informative and exciting classes.

Vitaly is a Strength and Conditioner Trainer for many professional Boxers and MMA Fighters including: former IBF champion Roman Karmazin, professional boxer Deon Elam and 4 time world champion James Toney.

Boxing and Conditioning Trainer

National Golden Gloves appearances and a berth in the 2004 Olympic trials with nine straight wins as a professional before he entered the world of reality television as a contestant in the season four cast of ‘The Contender.’  On the show, Elam won one of two bouts.
